Anthony J. Cincotta is the founder of Anthony J. Cincotta, P.C. Mr. Cincotta concentrates his practice in the areas traditional labor & employment, employee benefits, contract, commercial and general business, shareholder disputes, public contracts and insurance matters. Mr. Cincotta represents clients in counseling, litigation, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Cincotta was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York in 1985. Mr. Cincotta also serves as a Mediator.

Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Cincotta was a shareholder of a prominent national labor and employment law firm. Mr. Cincotta has also been associated with other prominent law firms in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Cincotta was a student law clerk for the Honorable Edward J. Ryan, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York and a legal intern for the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
